What happens to our existing conference data?

You start fresh with a clean setup. Add your teachers by CSV or by hand, and your parents book into the new schedule.

Is School Conference Go secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, and we never sell or share school data. We are FERPA-conscious, and Zero-Roster Mode is on by default. COPPA does not apply by design, since we collect nothing from children. We don't run ads and don't monetize your data.

How much does it cost?

$399 per school per year, paid when you publish. It includes unlimited conferences, teachers and families, teacher portal, and multi-language support. Every school gets 150 messaging credits to build and test, and paying $399 to publish adds 2,000 more. Credits never expire. Email costs 1 credit and text costs 3. Extra credits are 2,000 for $25. Building, previewing and testing are free, with no credit card and no trial clock. District pricing is available for larger schools.
