How do I import my teacher list?

Go to Dashboard → Teachers → Import CSV. Download our template, fill in your teachers' info, and upload.

Can parents book multiple slots?

Yes! Parents can book one slot per teacher. There's no limit to how many different teachers they can book.

How do teachers see their schedules?

Teachers can log in via the Teacher Portal with their email. You can also print schedules from the admin dashboard.

What happens if a parent needs to cancel?

Parents can cancel or reschedule using the link in their confirmation email. The slot becomes available again instantly.
