School Conference Go is a product of Time To Sizzle, LLC, a company dedicated to building simple, effective tools for schools and organizations. When you use School Conference Go, you are entering into an agreement with Time To Sizzle, LLC.
By accessing or using School Conference Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
School Conference Go is a platform for scheduling parent-teacher conferences. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
All payments for School Conference Go subscriptions and services are processed by and payable to Time To Sizzle, LLC. When you see charges on your credit card or bank statement, they will appear as "Time To Sizzle" or "TIMETOSIZZLE".
Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided within the first 30 days of your initial subscription or as required by law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Time To Sizzle, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
In no event shall Time To Sizzle, LLC, School Conference Go, nor their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
