1. About Us

School Conference Go is a product of Time To Sizzle, LLC, a company dedicated to building simple, effective tools for schools and organizations. When you use School Conference Go, you are entering into an agreement with Time To Sizzle, LLC.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using School Conference Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

3. Use of Service

School Conference Go is a platform for scheduling parent-teacher conferences. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

When you opt in to receive SMS messages through School Conference Go, you are consenting to receive messages from the school or organization you are booking conferences with. School Conference Go provides the technology platform, but SMS messages are sent on behalf of and in the name of your child's school. By opting in, you agree to the following:

  • Message Sender: SMS messages will be sent on behalf of the school or organization whose conference you are registering for. The school's name will appear in the message.
  • Types of Messages: You will receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule change notifications related to your parent-teacher conference bookings.
  • Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 1-3 messages per conference event you register for (confirmation, reminder, and any updates).
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support, or email us at support@schoolconferencego.com.
  • No Marketing: We will never send you marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
  • Privacy: Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments for School Conference Go subscriptions and services are processed by and payable to Time To Sizzle, LLC. When you see charges on your credit card or bank statement, they will appear as "Time To Sizzle" or "TIMETOSIZZLE".

Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided within the first 30 days of your initial subscription or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Time To Sizzle, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Time To Sizzle, LLC, School Conference Go, nor their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
