How do I import my teacher roster?

Teachers receive an email with a secure login link to the Teacher Portal. They can view their appointments, see parent names, and print their daily schedule. No password setup required—they log in with their email.

Can teachers block off break times?

Yes! You can set school-wide breaks (like lunch) when creating the event, or teachers can mark specific slots as unavailable from their portal. Both show as blocked to parents.

What if a teacher is absent on conference day?

From your admin dashboard, you can cancel all appointments for that teacher with one click. Parents automatically receive an email notification and can rebook with a substitute if you've added one.

Yes! Parents can book one slot per teacher, but there's no limit to how many different teachers they can schedule. If you have more than one child, we help you pick times that do not overlap.

Every confirmation email includes a manage link. Parents can cancel or change their appointments anytime before your cutoff. The slot immediately becomes available for others.

Do parents need to create accounts?

No accounts required. Parents just enter their name, email, and student name when booking. It's intentionally frictionless—we know parents are booking from their phones during lunch breaks.

Can I see which families haven't signed up yet?

Yes. Reports show fill rate, roster, waitlists, and, when check-in is on, who showed up and who did not. If you've uploaded a student roster, you can see which families haven't scheduled yet and send them reminder emails.

Yes. When creating your event, select multiple dates. Each day can have different time ranges—for example, 3-8pm on Thursday and 8am-12pm on Friday.

How do messaging credits work?

Confirmations and reminders use messaging credits. Email costs 1 credit; SMS costs 3. Every school gets 150 credits to build and test, and paying $399 to publish adds 2,000 credits. Extra credits are 2,000 for $25. You can buy more anytime. Credits never expire.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again. Your data stays in your account, read-only if it lapses. You can ask us to delete it, and we delete it within 30 days of your request.

Is parent and student data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never store card data. We are FERPA-conscious, and Zero-Roster Mode is on by default, so schools do not have to upload student rosters. We never sell data to third parties.

What data do you collect about students?

Very little. We only store the student's name (so teachers know who the appointment is about) and which parent is booking. We don't collect grades, health info, or educational records—just scheduling data. You can ask us to delete your data anytime.

Who can see appointment information?

School admins see everything. Teachers only see their own appointments. Parents only see their own bookings. We use role-based access control throughout.
